Processing of personal data
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about MORE TADE SYD AB’s (556692-2398) (hereinafter referred to as “MORE TADE”) processing of your personal data and that the processing takes place in accordance with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (also referred to as GDPR but hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Regulation”).

Personal data controller
MORE TADE is the data controller in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation. MORE TADE is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described below.

Registered data
When personal data is received by us, for example through an order or an enquiry.
name, telephone number and e-mail address are registered as well as other information that you choose to provide. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we save your e-mail address.

Purpose of the processing of personal data
When you submit, for example, an enquiry, place an order or choose to subscribe to our newsletter via our website, by phone or letter, we save your data. The personal data you provide is registered in our system and used for the administration of ordered services. The data may also be used for marketing purposes and for follow-up.
When you apply for vacant positions, submit enquiries regarding employment with us or wish to be contacted by us, we use your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided it.

Disclosure of personal data
For orders and enquiries, the information recorded in the client register may be disclosed to third parties, i.e. to persons or companies outside MORE TADE, to the extent necessary to administer the service we are to provide. This also applies when you apply for vacant positions, submit requests for interest in employment with us or wish to be contacted by us.

In all the above-mentioned situations, MORE TADE is the data controller and the suppliers that MORE TADE uses are data processors. The data processor must provide guarantees that it will take all appropriate technical and organisational measures to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation regarding your rights.
Finally, personal data may also be disclosed in cases where this is required by law, regulation or official decision.

How long the data is kept
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to enable us to fulfil our commitment, i.e. to provide the service, product, invoice, handle complaints or claims, etc. Your contact details remain in our client register for marketing purposes even after the customer relationship has ended, they remain until you notify us that the data should be deleted.

 

Your rights
If you want to know what data we hold about you and how it is used, you can get information about this by emailing us. If you believe that information about you is inaccurate or misleading, you can request a change by emailing us. If you want us to restrict the use of your data, for example by saving data relevant to a current assignment but not sending out newsletters – you can email us. If our processing of your personal data is based solely on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. If you want the personal data we store in a digitally transferable form (the right to data portability), you can email us. In all cases above, you should write to info@m-trade.se. If you believe that MORE TADE’s processing of your personal data is contrary to the Data Protection Regulation, you can file a complaint about this to the Data Inspectorate.

Visitor identification
Our website uses “cookies”. “Cookies” are small text files that are stored on the visitor’s computer and that, among other things, save personal settings and make it possible to follow what the visitor does on the website.
